Narva College of the University of Tartu opened registration for the course on the knowledge of the constitution of the Republic of Estonia and the Citizenship Act.

Group: up to 25 participants
Target group*: individuals with undefined citizenship older than 14 years or third country European nationals
Aim: to acquire the knowledge of the Citizenship Act of the Republic of Estonia and how to meet its requirements
Content: to prepare for the exam on the knowledge of the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia and the Citizenship Act, to provide individual consultations, if needed.
Working languages: English, Russian and Estonian

Since summer 2006, people with undefined citizenship and third-country nationals have been able to attend free preparatory courses for the examination of awareness of the Constitution and Citizenship Act of the Republic of Estonia. Please note: These courses are not Estonian language courses.
* Target group: Individuals with undefined citizenship and nationals of third countries (including Russia) residing in Estonia. A third-country national is any person residing in Estonia who is not a citizen of a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area (Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) or of the Swiss Confederation.
